This wonderful book actually combines four of the wonderful Franklin books into one. Each of the four stories tells an interesting story, and teaches a great lesson. Plus, throughout the books are many bright and well-done illustrations. This is a great book, one that I give my highest recommendations to!
The four books included are: Franklin Goes to the Hospital, in which Franklin must be brave for his trip to the hospital. Franklin's Baby Sister, in which Franklin can't wait for the day that his sister will be born, and he'll get to be a big brother. Franklin and Harriet, in which Franklin learns how hard it can be to be a big brother...and how rewarding. Franklin Says I Love You, in which Franklin looks for the best birthday present in the world for his mother, and finds it in three little words.

These stories about Franklin are all about family. Franklin goes to the hospital (something most chidren would be afraid of for the first time), Franklin gets a baby sister, another story is about Franklin & Harriet (his baby sister) and lastly Franklin says I Love You. This book and others like it are kept at my house to read to my granddaughter before nap and bedtime. Wonderful, warm stories.
