A little gem of a book,

The publisher calls this a "postcard book." There are 18, each a print of Franz Marc's wonderful animal paintings, and each is detachable from the rest of the book, although I doubt you would really want to do that. The German publisher Prestel has put a lot into this little book, using very heavy paper stock as well as quality printing and binding. If you like the works of Franz Marc, you will enjoy it, and it will be kind to your wallet. Kudos to Prestel for publishing almost 40 titles in this series of artists and movements.
