I'm an entertainer - my wife and I love to entertain. I would not think of entertaining WITHOUT reading this book cover to cover or having it near by. It's recipes are delicious, affordable and when prepared will melt in your mouth. Clinton's humor will have you laughing throughout. That's what makes this book so great, it is not your average cook/style book. Clinton inserts his infectious humor and taste into every page. His creativity and use of colorful photos in each section makes you want to turn the page to see what fabulous ideas come next. This book is truly a must read for those interested in cooking, looking and living like a million bucks - without spending a ton. Highly recommend. Well done and thanks for sharing your ideas with us Clinton - we could all use a bit of "fabulousness" in our life's.

Since I already own the hardcover book, Freakin' Fabulous, I wasn't sure that shelling out the $ for the sequel was necessary on my budget. This time I ordered the Kindle version, and I'm glad I did. I have "Clinton" with me on my multitude of gadgets. Once again, I'm planning to try his recipes for an upcoming November "Beajoulais Nouveau Slam Party"; fun to slam the varieties with friends. (Clinton, fun times those slams, party idea for you).

I've already laughed out loud, and love it. The Kindle version downloaded instantly, no problems there.

I'm a big fan of Clinton Kelly, and this book features his trademark sense of humor. I do wish the book spent a little more time on fashion; it begins with a long section of recipes which sound good, but I personally have so many cookbooks that I'm not sure his meal suggestions will really come in handy. There are some good dessert ideas, though. I'm also not the type who does many crafts, but who knows? Some of his ideas might be a good idea for saving money on Christmas decor. The book is heavy on illustrations/photos and therefore a little light on text, so you'll be disappointed if you were hoping for a literary tome on fabulousness. Overall, though, it is a worthwhile buy for Clinton Kelly fans.

This book is amazing! It has recipes for pretty much the best foods you'll every want to eat.
Not only does it have a ton of fun food ideas, I love the crafts! I'm not a super crafty person because I think crafts made at home sometimes look broke, BUT THESE ARE AMAZING! Also, so fun and easy.
The style ideas are sooo good too. I think I'm pretty stylish, but I could be a lot better and according to Mr. Kelly, it's not that hard. There are so many good ideas in here that I never really thought of. You get the feeling that Clinton is really down-to-earth.
Freakin Fab on a Budget is also an entertaining read-Clinton's writing is also very funny. Plus, the book is very pretty and would be a great coffee table book.
I'm going to pick up his other books, too. AND I think friends and family will be getting this one for the holidays.
LOVE IT!

At this point I'm not sure what was more fun, laughing at all the hilarious comments or trying out everything. Everything is so straight forward and completely doable that you can't wait to try things.
Well done!

I love Clinton Kelly and his style of writing but had I previewed this book I wouldn't have bought it. I was looking for clothing ideas on a budget and that's only a very small part of this book.

Because Clinton Kelly was on "What Not To Wear" I guess I thought his book was just about fabulous fashion on a budget. That's my perception of his expertise. Since I don't really think of Clinton as a cook, I was surprised at all the space taken up by recipes. All his craft ideas are interesting as well, but again, I was expecting fashion advice. I picked up enough fashion advice to make the book worth keeping, but I was a little disappointed. I guess I didn't pay enough attention to what the book was about.
