A clever idea, and definitely a conversation piece when people see it. Functional too: my 2-year-old used it every day for a few weeks.

The problem though is that the black printing started peeling off after just that short time. At a minimum this is unsightly. I'm hoping that it's not also unsafe - some kid, somewhere, is undoubtedly eating the peeled-off ink. Maybe mine for all I know.

I imagine it would be considerably more expensive for them to make this in a way that would withstand use. As it currently stands though, this is a nice gag gift for someone who will never use it, but not a practical robust booster for everyday use.

I purchased this for my 4 year old. She & her older brother love it! And adults love the concept!
It's light weight, sturdy (my kid is ~ 25lb) and easy to move around. I have been using it for 2 months.
A few things to note .... this booster doesn't come with a child harness nor a fastener to fasten it to the chair. So your child must be old enough to maintain her own balance and definately not for the fidgety child! I also notice the outer coat (a thin film) is starting to peel. The nice pictures are coming off with the film but well, it is very cheap for a booster.
I still don't have any regrets buying it

This is a great booster seat. It's soft, comfortable, and cleans up easily. We've got one for each of our boys. Eventually the graphic top does peel off, but the foam itself is durable and the seat is still comfortable. If your kid has outgrown a baby booster seat but still needs something to sit comfortably at the table, give this a try.

I purchased two of these for my grandsons! They are terrific. I first saw them at a restaurant in Kansas City and was very impressed by their sturdiness and comfort for our 3 1/2 year old grandson. Now, he and his 2 year old cousin love them and use them at every meal!

This booster seat is awsome! It has held up very well and my daughter is not the most gentle with things. We have had it for about 2 years and she still uses it! I am now ordering another one for my son to dispell further fights!

This booster accomplishes just what I need it to do- my son can sit at the table in a regular chair. I like the little grooves in the seat for his behind and legs. Also because of the material, it doesn't slide around in the chair and it's easy to clean. If you are buying it for the clever pictures, keep shopping. They will eventually peel off (after 4 months, about half the pictures are gone on ours). If you are looking for an inexpensive seat, this is a great buy. Overall very pleased.

I think I've gotten more compliments and comments about this product than any other I've purchased for my son. Not only is it adorable, it's pretty practical as well. It is a dense foam material so it is extremely light and great for taking places. It came shrink wrapped in clear plastic, and after reading some of the reviews from people who had the black printing rub off, I just left it that way and it's held up really well! My 20 month old sits in it easily and since it isn't something he has to be strapped into I think it will be a product we keep using as he gets older.

Got this for my daughter after we decided to not replace our 2nd broken Kaboost with yet another fragile Kaboost.

I wish it were a bit wider and longer so that it would extend the length of the seat, but not enough to knock off a star. It is working fine placed against the front edge of the seat with a big gap between the booster seat and the back of the chair.

There were enough reviews of the print wearing off quickly, so we are going to try leaving the shrink wrap on for a while (update - the shrink wrap idea it still working just fine 2 months later)

Of cource my children have never seen a phone book before, so they have no clue about the double meaning, but they have sat upon cookbooks to get a boost before, so they get the basic concept.

The booster seat is light and easy to use. My grandchildren love it. I may need to get another one to keep everyone happy.

I purchased this booster to replace the one that I had had for years that clips to the chair. I was tired of finding weeks old food under the old booster seat and I was tired of the weeks old food ruining my chairs. I love this new "yellow book" booster. It is so easy to clean around and under and so portable and sturdy.
