This works well enough as a scrubby brush for dishes, but it's certainly not heavy-duty. I use it on plates with caked-on goo (like egg yolk), and it works fine. It's also fantastic for cast-iron pans, cutting through baked, stuck-on yuck without the use of soaps and cleaners that could mess up my pans. As a brush, it works fine. As a bubble wand, it's useless. But did you REALLY expect to be able to blow bubbles with it? Bubble solution contains glycerin (or occasionally corn syrup). Unless you are augmenting your dish water, this brush is a cutesy-shaped novelty that makes a craptastic task a tad less boring.

you have to use a really soapy dish detergent like (Dawn with Scrub Buster) is very good for bubbles

This is such a cute product that everyone loves using! It actually makes doing the dishes fun (imagine that!)

I saw this scrubber online and thought it was cute. It works for light duty items (soft bristles)...as long as you don't want to reach into the bottom of a cup. It does not fit. Other than that, it looks cute and does blow bubbles if you are willing to use a lot of soap.

i bought this bubble scrubber for my mom who always does the dishes. i thought it would be fun since doing the dishes kind of sucks, but guess what? the scrubber sucks too. i couldn't blow bubbles with it! my mom, my brother and i all tried it and nothing ever happened. now it's sitting in a drawer and she's back to her sponge.

It's a cool idea, but it's not all that great in practice. It doesn't scrub very well, and I don't usually put enough soap in the water for good bubbles.
