4.0 out of 5 stars Crossed eye voodoo, September 26, 2007
This review is from: Fred Ouch Toothpick Holder, Gray (Kitchen)
This is very cute. It's got crossed eyes etc. The details are very nice. It feels pretty solid too. I guess would be even better if there is a standing version of it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fun but not perfect, April 12, 2009

It is a denser and harder plastic than I expected. It looks good, and should last for a long time.

The main problem is that the holes are not deep enough so the toothpicks tend to fall out if bumped. I recommend using an ice pick to deepen the holes.

Bought it as a stylish gift for a friend but when it came I decided to keep it myself. It's cute and functional..a real conversation piece.

Bought two to give as Xmas gifts but ending up keeping one for myself. Gave the other to my brother-in-law who says he's going to glue a picture of his boss' face on it!

X-eyes are a nice touch. Has a nice weight to it.

Agree with other reviewers who say the toothpicks fall out because the holes are not deep/wide enough. Beware of breaking the toothpick off when trying to force into the hole. You will never get the broken piece out. This is what keeps me from giving it five stars. I guess I will try using an ice pick to make them deeper/bigger because I really like it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Cool conversation piece, December 7, 2011

This item appears to be meant for use when entertaining but I keep it on my desk at work, since I often chew on toothpicks out of habit throughout the day. Either way it's funny and a good conversation piece.

If you looking for something different, thats it. The only negative is, that its a little hard to get the toothpicks in. Otherwise a real fun item

For years I thought that the penguin toothpick dispenser was the best way to store your toothpicks, but it pales in comparison to this little guy. Everyone that sees him has made a comment, and my cat is afraid of it so she finally stays off the counter! What more could you ask for?

5.0 out of 5 stars I never knew toothpicks could be cathartic., January 20, 2009

How can you go wrong with a toothpick voodoo doll? It's a much more interesting alternative to a boring box of toothpicks.
