People, give this game a break! This came came out in 1994 for home computers, therefore it is obviously not going to be as exciting or visually advanced as games today. However rest assured it is a very clean and kid-friendly game for one player. I was absolutely thrilled when they released this game for the Wii. Memories just came flooding back! This game has puzzles, math problems, and much more. Its not a boring educational game. You get to solve a mystery, and as a little kid I felt very smart when I solved it. I love Freddi Fish. :D

Ok First off , Dont get the wrong impression from the negative reviews here. Yes the game is very short but the game changes each time its played so it can be fun to play more then just once.
Im an adult that doesn't enjoy hard games, so I picked this up for some relaxing fun.. I can say that the game is very very easy but for me that didnt stop if from being fun.. I can see this being really great for kids from 3-7 or so and its a no reading required game so thats great for the young non readers. But on the flip side the starfish you come across in the game is a math teacher and this starts a math/counting mini game that you can choose difficulty on from easy all the way to advanced. So all in all this is a great game for kids, No Violence and Educational.

fun, but not what i expected. my son is developmentally delayed, and he needs my help to play it. i get migraines so it's hard for me to help him due to the flashing graphics. it's a fun, colorful game that i think most young kids would appreciate. but i was hoping my son could play it independently, and he cannot. we've had the game almost a year, have played it maybe 40 times, and still have yet to find all the treasure items. i'm in my 30s and can't find them all.

Good clean game for the younger kids. My 3 yr old enjoyed playing it with us. Easy to navigate and works their memory. I wouldn't recommend it for any child over 6 yrs old (even though its rated 6+).

I bought this for my 7 and 5 year old daughters. They had it beat in less than an hour and when it was all done they said"that was it?" Not worth buying.

This is a game about a fish that has to find his grandmothers' kelp treasure. First of all, it is only for one player, so not very much fun to have others watch you. Second, it is very very very very simple. My 5 year old played it for about 10 minutes, and then asked me if "Mom, does this game do anything else?" I tried for a little bit, and then agreed, it was pretty boring. I didn't see much educational value in it at all.
