Must admit not used, at night, before every wash. I have coarse hair, so my hair is washed once a week. Don't know if I would recommend this product to an individual with this hair type because any real results would not be seen. It does however have a high concentration of Biotin. I would be interested to know if product could be used nightly, but not washed out the next morning.
