My hair looks fuller, softer, and shinier when I use this shampoo. It also has waaaay more body. I used this shampoo, along with the Technician Conditioner, a few years ago after receiving it as a gift; I always got lots of complimets on my hair then. Because of the price, I bought something less expensive, but not cheap, when I finished the bottle. Instantly my hair looked less full and wasn't quite as manageable and I had my first bad hair day in a long while. After finishing that other brand (it starts and ends with an "A" and is famous for its natural ingredients) I broke down and bought bottles of the Fekkai Technician Shampoo and Technician Conditioner. Glorious! Good hair days were back again! Other people are noticing as well and I'm getting those standard questions, "did you get a haircut?" or "did you color your hair?" "Nope" and "not recently," I just switched back to the world's best shampoo and conditioner.

I had bought this. I thought it was just ok. It was nothing spectacular. HOWEVER! I tried the Frederic Fekkai Glossing shampoo and conditioner and I love it! It works much better than the Technician. And I have dry, coarse hair and I rather the Glossing. Works much better.

This is a great product, I use this entire line, and my hair always come out silky, full of body and smelling really nice. I use this shampoo because I dye my hair, and it always makes my hair look as if nothing harsh has ever done to it. I got many compliments on my hairs shine and health after using this product. This product is worth the price, I would not use anything else.

I am prematurely gray (98%)and have been coloring my hair for years. My hair was dry and not great in the first place, but has since suffered terribly in the fight against the gray. My hair is long (past my shoulderblades) very thick but flyaway, feels like straw, and is always, ALWAYS frizzy. The most expensive frizz serums only give me oily frizz. I have taken to wearing wigs because my hair is so dull, dry, and frizzy I can do nothing with it but put it in a ponytail, and I am embarrassed.

Over the years,I have spent hundreds of dollars on beautician-recommended conditioners, masques, deep treatments, you name it, only to have NO improvement.

FYI Last week I tried the sample sizes of the Fekkai Moisturizing shampoo, conditioner, and masque with the Shea butter line, but was bitterly disappointed - my hair was softer but I still had frizz, flyaways, and crunch. Maybe the Shea butter line works very well if your hair is not chemically processed - I don't know.

However, when I saw the reviews for the Technician line, I decided to be a sucker and try again. It was the BEST hair decision I have ever made.
If your hair is overprocessed, go straight for the Technician line of products - they are well worth it.

I purchased sample sized bottles of what I thought were the Technician shampoo and conditioner. When I got home, to my disappointment, I saw I had purchased two bottles of the conditioner only! Nonetheless, I jumped in the shower and tried this conditioner after using my usual shampoo.

The first thing I noticed was how a little of this stuff went a long way. Usually I have to use gobs of conditioner. But a half dollar sized dollop of this stuff was perfect for my long, overly thick hair. I got a wide toothed comb through it with no trouble - a first! Next I noticed how smooth and silky my hair still felt when I was almost done rinsing the conditioner out. Normally my hair feels pretty rough to the touch during that stage of the process. I let my hair partially air dry and noticed it felt softer than it usually does, which to me didn't prove much. I was still skeptical until I blow dried it. When I was done, I was shocked and surprised at how much like "normal hair" mine looked and felt like, and it smells terrific. Currently it is August and we have been experiencing extremely high humidity. Over the past two days since I washed it, my hair has not puffed out like a dandelion - no crunch and no frizz at all! I am going back to get the shampoo and conditioning masque as well and am looking forward to seeing the results. I also used the glossing spray and I finally have a little bit of shine, not the oily frizz! If the Technician line worked for me after all these years of trial and error, I would say it would work for anyone. I feel like I have found the Holy Grail of hair care for me - Frederick Fekkai now has me as a customer for life!

I discovered this shampoo while deployed to the Middle East and it saved my life (well, this and my body armor...). I have super extra thick, coarse hair that I color myself. Add in deployments, bad water, and haircuts given with a Gerber, and let's just say my hair needed all the help it could get. You cannot believe the difference this stuff made - and I tried them all, from drugstore to designer. I'm out of the military now, but still live in Central Texas with crazy heat and humidity, which you would never know by looking at my hair! I am cheap and have almost no brand loyalty when it comes to beauty products, so for me to gladly continue to lay out the money for this stuff is amazing.

As a matter of fact, my mother - who is not cheap and is extremely brand loyal - was so amazed that she switched. My mom has thick, baby-fine, highlighted hair and is very picky (will alter vacation plans to make sure she keeps her salon appointments). She has used pretty much every salon brand there is and now swears by Fekkai Technician Shampoo and Conditioner, plus a little Glossing Cream.

A few tips:

1. A little goes a really long way. A 16oz bottle lasts me around 4 months, and that is with my ridiculously thick, medium length hair that I wash every day. If you are looking for lots of lather in a shampoo, this isn't the one for you.

2. If the price is still a problem (as it was for me at first), keep in mind that you will be spending much less on styling products. During the summer I use a drop of the Glossing Cream (a tube lasts me all summer) and a very small shot of hair spray and I'm good. No more mousse, anti-frizz serums, smoothing cremes, etc.

3. The 2 oz bottles make nice gifts! :-) I did this last Christmas and pretty much everyone who tried it switched.

I adore this shampoo. My grown daughter uses it, and left a bottle here. I tried it just to use it up so I could get rid of another bottle. Was I ever delighted with the results! You should've seen and felt my hair! I couldn't believe it. I have baby fine hair and it added so much body to my hair! My hair was also shiny, soft, bouncy, and smelled so great. My husband even commented on how nice I looked. I've been hooked ever since! Great product that I highly recommend, and twenty-something daughter agrees!

This conditioner and shampoo SAVED my fried hair. I could tell a difference immediately. The shampoo and conditioner "fill" the damaged hair shaft with softness and shine. AMAZING PRODUCTS! They were a bit pricey, but each bottle has lasted 9 months with daily washing.

I got a sample of the conditioning treatment from this line and I really liked it. Made my hair feel nice and smelled good.
So I went to order the shampoo & conditioner and was shocked at how expensive it is!! Let me explain why it's not a big deal though.
These products are concentrated (think OJ concentrate in the freezer). They are not marketed as such, but they are incredibly thick and a little goes such a long way. One set of the 16oz bottles lasted me over 4 months. Usually I am lucky to make it 4-6 weeks on the same quantity of other products.

When using these regularly, I took for granted how nice they made my hair look and feel. I used another brand just once and all the flyaways were so visible. Went back to using the Fekkai the next day and flyaways disappeared. Nice.

They really are superior products. For those of you out there switching brands all the time trying to find that "great" hair care system, this is it. It was for me.

Scent is mildly fruity (a tropical kind of fruity). Oh, and at the time I started using this I had blonde highlights with some colored lowlights as well. It kept my colors sharp. Now I don't have any color in my hair and I still love it.

This particular shampoo and conditioner are, in all honesty, the best shampoo and conditioner I've ever used. From the first time I used them on my chemically-treated, split-end infested hair, I could not stop touching it! It was softer, smoother, and shinier then it had been in a long time!

Even more notable, my husband, who doesn't notice anything of this caliber until it smacks him upside the head, said "Wow, your hair looks great!" TWICE! BEFORE I even said anything to him!

The shampoo also has a decent lather, unlike most pricey ones, and the conditioner has good coverage. A little goes a long way. Also, what's important to me is that this shampoo and conditioner SMELLS GOOD, which is a big deal considering that most in this price range and above, especially restorative ones, smell like puke!

I've only been using this stuff for a week and I'm madly in love . . . we'll see what the future brings!

this is an amazing product, my hair was dry from processing and after a few uses of this, it is sleek and manageable. Amazing stuff! A little pricey, but worth it!
