This is a great devotional. Unfortunately, there is not enough room allotted to describe how much I was helped by this book. I highly recommend it to anyone who struggles with bad memories and emotional pain left over from abuse.

This book a great help in a time of need for those hurting and searching for hope out and through emotions that can not be calmed. It brings comfort and strength and shows "how to" stand on your own 2 feet with God! A must daily-read for the weak at heart. It works from the heart.
