my son loved the natural wooden walking stick with leather handle strap and solid bottom to prevent slipping while hiking. Good choice

This was a great purchase. The walking stick is first class and compared to some of the ones I have seen locally is far superior in thickness and quality; I could not believe how nice it is. Another great part of the purchase was that the shipping was free and came ups in a very big box. You cannot go wrong with this walking stick.

Ordered one of these after have a way too close encounter with a rattle snake last weekend while hiking. Although I was a little hesitant to buy a stick, there aren't very many good pieces of hickory lying around town in So Cal. I was very happy when I received my stick. I had gone to their website and figured out the proper height which is perfect. Not much else to say about a stick other than it's ready to go out of the box.

This reminds me of a line that Clint Eastwood said in one of his movies.
"There's nothing like a nice piece of hickory"

This was purchased as a gift and was as beautiful and functional as described and a delight to give.

This product is very nice, solid build. Perfect for anyone that may need
some walking assistance, but does not want the cane (used for "old" people).
Also good for hiking on unlevel areas or in wooded areas.

The quality of these walking stick is marvelous. I have now bought 4 from this company. 3 of these and one twisted cedar. I highly recommend Brazos walking sticks. I wish that I could get a stand for them. The only negative is that the last two look nothing like the picture shown on Amazon site. I may do a little sanding and re-varnish them.

This is a beautifully made walking/hiking stick that feels solid in the hand and has very nice weight to it. I would feel safe using it to defend myself if need be.
