5.0 out of 5 stars Great for both new and seasoned salespersons!, January 22, 2009
By Adam D. Pierce (Raleigh, NC) - See all my reviews

I have been in sales for about 4 years and have read many books about sales over the years. This is one of my favorites! Here are my observations: A. It is a fun and easy read, B. It is a great book for new sales people, but also great for experienced sales people wanting to tone their skills, and C. It touches on a few things that are typically overlooked in sales literature, but are bery important to the sales process. Read the book...it will be well worth your time!

5.0 out of 5 stars Ultimate Concise Sales Advice, March 26, 2009
By Paul Kyriazi "bondlife" (Los Angeles,, CA. United States) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
This 140 page book was written from the heart by a salesman that learned on the street. He drives home many important points, that should be read in a physical book instead of the net. Yet, I hope an audio with the authors own voice comes out to have the power of say, Seth Godin's messages.

There is cold calling advice that one can use to the same degree on the Internet as well as the author's direct advice on how to fully use business social web sites. If you need focus and direction for your sales on the street, phone, or Internet, you should carry this book with you just so you know it's power is supporting your efforts. And mostly for the ultimate sales mind set that will push you to the next level of success.

5.0 out of 5 stars Lots of practical information and insight., January 31, 2009

This book is a must read for anyone in any area of business, regardless of whether they are specifically involved in sales or not. It gives clear and concise information on not only how to correctly approach a potential appointment, but it also guides the reader through the appoinment process, and it does so in a positive and upbeat way. The reader will actually gain a great deal of useful and applicable information from this book, no "bland theory" here.

Its been a while since I've been directly involved in the sales field myself, but I wish that I could have read this book years ago. It would have made my job a lot easier!
