If you could spend time with Marguerite, you'd feel her wonderful energy -you feel celebrated and grateful. You'd be blessed with friends who support you. But if you cannot hang out with her - ideally at her place in Jamaica with several mango trees and fabulous friends - hang out and have a `lime'. Blender drinks of course. OK, I digress. In lieu of hanging out with Marguerite live, you'll just have to enjoy her in spirit. Buy the book! No, buy multiple copies and share with your good friends. And enjoy laughing together.

I love this book! I would not be surprised if it shows up on Oprah's bookclub list soon..... I have read "The Power of Now" by Eckert Tolle, but this book really gets down to the fundamentals with real life examples of how to stay in the present moment. As a bonus, Marguerite blends in her wonderful sense of humor. If you want to learn to live your life "Free and Laughing" do yourself a favor and buy this wonderful book!

I love this book. Gave it to my parents and sister and they immediately needed copies for their friends too! In a world where it is so easy to get bogged down, and become too busy to enjoy what is important, Marguerite Orane shows us how to relish and enjoy life. (Free and Laughing) Spiritual Insights in Everyday Moments - is just what it is. It was a joy to read, and I keep it on my bedside table to glimpse back at her insights.
