About the Author

Timothy N. Baldwin graduated from the University of West Florida in 2001 with a bachelor of arts degree. He went on to attend Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, where he received his juris doctor degree in 2004.
After becoming licensed to practice law in Florida, Baldwin became a Florida state prosecutor under former state attorney Curtis Golden and current state attorney William Bill Eddins. In 2006, Baldwin started his own law practice in Pensacola, Florida, where he now specializes in property management representation.
Like his father, Chuck Baldwin (who was the presidential candidate for the Constitution Party in 2008), Tim believes strongly in the principles that founded America, and he believes that to secure freedom for his posterity, there needs to be a resurrection and revival of the spirit of freedom in America.

Tim Baldwin displays wisdom and knowledge beyond his relatively short years. This book should be required study and reading at every law school in America. In fact, it should be offered as a course in every college rather than some of the nonsense and perversion that is labeled as academic today. If America is to survive and be restored to greatness, which will only happen by returning to our roots, the voters must be informed as to where we left the path provided to our posterity and get back on it ASAP. The window of opportunity for America's redemption is about to close if it has not already. "Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set." (Proverbs 22:28)

This book is a concise exposition of the original intent of our founders and the guidelines they set down in our Constitution and Bill of Rights. As a Constitutional Scholar and history buff, I'd have to say that Tim Baldwin has really raised the ante for educators and those wishing to educate their children without all the revisionist history and the "living constitution" myth. Kudos to Tim for a great book! Keep it up!
