Review
"In my opinion, the most important contribution of Freedom ...is the authors view of our need to unconditionally love and forgive one another. These two concepts are found woven within and throughout each chapter of the book. Through her experiences, the author explains how holding on to anger, resentments, and unforgiveness in our hearts can hinder our growth, hurt ourselves, and cause pain to others. She further explains how we can benefit from loving ourselves and others, and how we can let go of pain and suffering that result from childhood abuse. She maintains that by nurturing love within our own hearts and in others we can affect our own and others lives in positive ways. --
