Japanese edition of the band's 2006 album that includes 3 bonus tracks. After placing two singles in the UK Top 30 and "Happy As Annie" set up to be their biggest chart success yet, Larrikin Love's awesome debut album released in Fall 2006. The band's sound draws from a number of influences, combining a decidedly indie sound with ska and DIY punk, expertly produced by Ian Gore. Includes all the singles "Edwould", "Downing Street Kindling" and the aforementioned "Happy As Annie" as well as the future classic "Well, Love Does Furnish A Life".

Imagine the Clash meet the Pogues and you'll have a good idea of who Larrikin Love are. A London-based band with an Irish flavor, their songs are catchy and infectious, and the folk instrumentals, with fiddle and Irish drum and excellent guitar work, add a lot to the overall sound.

It's a shame that only import editions are available, so it's hard to recommend them at this price. If you can latch on to a cheaper used CD, I would recommend that. They are definitely worth a listen.
