When you hear the Truth, you also hear it inside of yourself, in your very essence. It's not something that requires belief. It's your very own existence. The Truth is not something foreign. It's already part of you just because you exist! Let go of identification with your form and name and shape for an instant, and you'll see that you are not separated from the Totality. Don't take yourself as Mr. or Ms. Somebody, and think that's the whole ballgame. Just the way a shadow tells you the sun is shining, any manifestation is telling you that Existence exists. There's no need to imagine yourself separated. Live your life, but don't forget the Source.
