Here's one for the Beach!,

This review is from: Freedom's Menace (Hardcover)
This is an excellent summer read, especially if you're going to Hawaii. Freedom's Menace is set on the Big Island and centers around the Kilauea volcano. Not only is this story action packed, I also learned a lot. I like a good mix of reality with my fiction. This is a well constructed, seamless novel. Highly recommended!

What a great story teller!,
By "wlwpals" (Naples, FL USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Freedom's Menace (Hardcover)
Excellent effort for a first time novelist. I would have given it 5 stars, but the start was a bit slow. Not to worry, the author makes up for it in spades with a thrilling ride through a volcano. Yes, inside a volcano. I'm heading for Hawaii to view this first hand. I vote this work "a must read" and recommend it to all my friends.

This review is from: Freedom's Menace (Hardcover)
This is an excellent book, one I recommend to all readers of action novels. Finally, someone has developed a realistic character, who shares the human condition with the reader. Nowhere in the story do you have to say, "Yea, right. Dude, that wuld happen." Excellent stuff form a new author.

WOW!!! Ya just can't put it down,
By A Customer
This review is from: Freedom's Menace (Hardcover)
This was simply the most action packed book I've ever read. And yet with enough factual detail that you feel like you're right there along side Trevor Brice. With all the recent terrorist activity, this story seems like it either has or will happen.Trevor has fast become my new hero; I can't wait for the next book. Mr.Larry Willis has already surpassed Tom Clancy. Mark from Red Bud

A Canadian feeling the American Spirit,
By Nando Di Nicola (Maple, Ontario Canada) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Freedom's Menace (Hardcover)
This novel is packed with action from page one and literally I could not put it down. No sense in describing the content of the novel, suffice it to say that I read it in two days. I didn't view this as just a novel but an example of how strong the American Spirit can become when things get tough. The proof of this was seen on September 11, 2001. I am a Canadian citizen and the novel made me feel the American spirit to the point that I would be honored to also become an American citizen and fight for USA and what it stands for.

This review is from: Freedom's Menace (Hardcover)
This novel is impressive from beginning to end. Not only does the plot move swiftly enough to keep the reader enthralled, but the setting changes continually conjur up beautiful, vivid images in the mind of the reader. I especially liked the relation of the plot to our nation's present-day circumstances. I can't wait to read the next book!

I really liked this book! There was lots of action, starting on the first page and continuing to to the very last! There was also lots of detail about Hawaii. This is a great book for a volcano lover (or anyone else). I can't wait for the next book to come out.
