This review is from: From Freeman's Ford to Bentonville: The 61st Ohio Volunteer Infantry (Civil War Heritage Series, V. 12) (Paperback)
This is a very interesting little book, especially, if one of your ancestors served in this outfit during the Civil War. My great-grandfather lied about his age and had enlisted at the age of 16.I found a very interesting tidbit concerning him and some of his fellow soldiers in this book. |
