I've been using these strips in my AlphaTrak meter (dog / cat meter). The true AlphaTrak strips are very expensive, more than twice as expensive as these Freestyle Lite strips. I've run a comparison of the two strips on the same drop of blood and got the same reading. I've run other tests 2 - 3 minutes apart, on different droplets, and the readings were within a few points. Of course, make your own decision as to using these strips for your dog.

Product I received was exactly the same as I have been getting from my local Pharmacy, except much less expensive

I've been diabetic for well over ten years and the Freestyle Lite is by far the best meeter I've ever had. I've searched around quite a bit and this is the cheapest I've seen the testing strips anywhere, either in store or on the internet. I hope Amazon continues to stock this item well into the future. I for one will defiantly be a returning customer.

These strips are garbage. Do not buy! I was using the newer Freestyle strips that are "easier to use" and narrower toward the tip. Those are EXCELLENT! Thought I could save some money and get these older style strips. BIG mistake! Can put a big or small amount of blood on these and may or may not take it. The new ones take just a little drop on the edge of the strip and bingo, it works.

These arrived on time and in perfect condition. I would definitely order from this company again

I received the item quickly, and the shipping box was in fine shape with no signs of damage. However, inside I found that the box containing the test strips was open and marked "NOT FOR RETAIL SALE." The plastic tube that the strips are in was open and the strips had all fallen out. So far they have worked, but since this is a medical test item, I am concerned about contamination. I am not sure about ordering again.

I noticed that my glucose was dramatically higher after I started using these strips. I still had some strips from the drug store and I checked them side by side and these strips were always around 50% higher. Don't buy.

Diabetics have to test their blood glucose several times a day, and test strips are probably the most ridiculously overpriced product on the market. You can buy a meter for $19.95 (or get one free from your physician) but test strips can cost you $80 a month or more ... even with health insurance! When I discovered that Amazon sells FreeStyle Lite at 60% less than I'd been shelling out for my prescription co-pay, I nearly flipped. I will never purchase this product anywhere else again and I even told my physician about the savings. Thank you, Amazon. You are my first choice for everything I buy.

These are every thing they said and fast and friend service would for sure buy from them again. customer service is great

Just received mine today. Took about 7 days total. Ordered on the 10th, got them on the 17th. They were sealed in the original packaging, and the expiration date is a year away.

Also, others have said they got the old style wider strips, but mine were the newer narrow tipped strips that need much less blood with the big "NEW" on the box.

No complaints here.
