If the price of collecting all ten volumes of the excellent "Freestyle's Greatest Beats" is cost-prohibitive, then this is an excellent alternative. Paired with "Freestyle's Greatest Hits Volume 2", this CD covers a majority of the best artists of the genre, and indeed contains some of the biggest hits. It includes Sweet Sensation ("Sincerely Yours"), Shannon ("Give Me Tonight"), Company B ("Fascinated") and Nice N Wild ("Diamond Girl"). In addition, it also includes harder-to-find classics like Tiana ("First True Love"), Pajama Party ("Over and Over"), Sandee ("You're the One") and Safire ("Don't Break My Heart"). For the price, this collection can't be beat. Get both volumes, and for an added bonus, check out the "Best of Freestyle" CD which contains additional classic jams. With these three CDs, you'll cover a great deal of the greatest hits of freestyle!

Another great freestyle collection. This has all of my favorites. It's fun to hear these songs of yesteryear which brings back great memories. Ahhem- I'm dating myself. By the way folks, check out CORINA'S response to my missive to her album awhile back. I would've wanted to of known what has happened to the some of these artists.
