I've seen alot of movies and shows based on street racing (wangan midnight, initial d, fast and furious series), but this is one of my favorites. Especially this, the first film. The 80's rock, high end cars, and "ghetto" style filming made the racing sequences very exciting. People complain about the music fading out during races, but I personally love hearing the sounds the cars make. A must have for any street racing enthusiast.

I happen to stumbe on to this one by acdent at best buy i was looking for Initial D, and ended up getting this insted, needless to say i wasnt dissaponted the Skyline is awsome and the action feels really intense like ur in the car urself. Freeway Speedway is most defently one of the best if not the best car/ Streetracing movies ever made, I recomend it to every Car/ Racing fan out there , altho its only subtitlted , its worth it

Theres not really anything negative about this movie accept that a lot of the times when he makes the runs all you can hear is the motor mayb its for like suspence effect but i think there should be a lil more music

so thats why i give this one 4 out of 5 stars
