Only half the course,

This book only covers the first 26 lessons, out of 52. It also only covers the "classroom" dialogue, which is all very simple. It doesn't seem to cover the "side" dialogues, which sound much more interesting.
There is a second edition that I saw at the library with all 52 lessons, and that includes transcriptions of all the dialogues, not just the classroom ones. Look for that edition, and skip this one.
