I've had this for several months and I really like it. I put it into a little nook by the sink and it fits well there, holds either a wash cloth or towel and I've gotten several compliments from friends that noticed it. The little corkscrew style "hook" works very well. I don't think you could hang super thick towels from it without having to work it into the corkscrew a little but it serves the purpose in our kitchen very nicely. Well made, the painted face & clothes are nicely done...... we love it.

Very Cute piece. Did not think it was small since the measurements were included in the description, it was easy to see that it was a perfect fit for my apartment's kitchen! VERY pleased with the item because it goes well with the other chef themed items that I have. I also got the matching chef kitchen clock and they look darling in the same room. I was quite pleased.

This piece is very small and the spiral to hang the towel on looks cheezy. Very flimsy when compared to other towel holders I have seen and used. My advice is to look for a better one that will fit in with the other Italian Chef decor available.
