This review is from: French Kiss: Stephen Harper's Blind Date with Quebec (Hardcover)
As a recent transplant to Quebec from NYC, I've found myself interested in the province's unique political process. Quebec's recent history and narrative is a conflicted battlefield with more subtle undertones than the obvious sovereign vs. federalist debate. Chantal Hebert did a fine job synthesizing the essence of this debate. She found a singular voice in her analysis and cultural synopsis.

On a completely unrelated note, Quebecer Eric Gagne better get his act together quick or Red Sox nation will turn on him faster than Eric Lindros' decision to never wear a Quebec Nordiques uniform.
