This is the best honey I have ever tasted. I have been tempted to eat it by the spoonful. I have been making myself breakfast in the morning, with yogurt, fresh raspberries and a teaspoonful of this honey on top of it all will literally make me swoon! On some toast in the morning, a good baguette with a little unsweetened butter and it has the same effect!It is hands down, the best!

I purchased this lavender honey from Splendid Palate within the Amazon.com marketplace and have nothing but good things to say. It is just like the honey I tasted in Provence, France while on vacation. The price seemed high at first, but after speaking with a lady from Splendid Palate I came to realize the costs involved. Those wonderful French bee keepers (and bees) work hard to make this golden treasure! It is creamy and sweet - a perfect sweetner for my morning cup of tea.
