Product Description

Badoit is a light natural sparkling mineral water and one of the finest mineral waters you can find. This gourmet's mineral water is seen on the tables of most famous restaurants in France as an accompaniment to good food and wine. As Badoit water pushes its way up from a deep water table through a 500-meter fissure in the local granite, it surfaces with a light natural sparkle and a measure of sodium bicarbonate and fluoride, having a lightening effect on even the richest meal.

If you have the money to spare, I highly recommend!

Well, writing from Paris, where Badoit is cheap and plentiful, people seem to like Perrier and San Pellegrino just fine.

I love Badoit, more than other sparkling water brands.

After reading reviews and comparisons of mineral waters I decided to try this one. I ordered Badoit in the 750ml glass bottle size from a local distributor in S. Florida. Price was approx. $3 per 750ml bottle and the case had 12 bottles. It comes with a crown cap so you must have a cork handy to seal it back and preserve its natural carbonation, unless you plan to finish the bottle right away. The TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) is approx. 1200 mg/lt so it ranks as a High Mineral water which is good. Although there are other waters with 3000 or more, many times a big part of their TDS is sodium. The opposite end would be distilled water which leaches the human body from its store of minerals - very harmful.
Badoit has a good amount of Bicarbonate at 1300 mg/lt and it has a PH of 6 both of which are considered to aid digestion.
The main charactestics of this water are that it has i) natural carbonation, ii) the bubbles are indeed mild (compared to say Perrier where the first two gulps hit even your nostrils with gas) and iii) it has a unique almost herbal aftertaste, so, unlike other waters you could never mistake it for any other brand.
If price is not an issue go for it. Another excellent choice is Gerolsteiner also comes in 750ml glass bottles with its own carbonation and a good taste. It has a little higher Bicarbonate and TDS than the Badoit but you might miss the Badoit's unique taste.
Avoid San Pellegrino and Perrier as they both have very low Bicarbonate and Perrier has very low TDS as well.

YUM! I became addicted to this sparkling water while in France a few years ago, and now have a place to buy it here in the States -- it is remarkably overpriced, but you really don't have any other options as to buying it in the US -- WHole Foods carries it in Canada if you can find it at any of their stores. Otherwise, this is a reputable company, with safe, fast delivery, and they are highly recommended.

I love Badoit, more than other sparkling water brands. I just wish it was more readily available in the U.S. A couple of years ago, there were several places that carried them in NYC, but they suddenly stopped.

I have tried to contact the sellers and failed. I ordered two sets of this water when they were $24.95 When I did not receive them right away I cancelled them and was told that they had already been cancelled. I never received them. But I was charged on Pay Pal for them.Help please. It is great water tho usually. Rebecca

This is real Badoit from France, comes in a glass bottle. The pricing is a little high but nothing can replace real Badoit...
