This is a very high quality, creative recording that combines sound in many different ways. The styles presented vary, but the CD as a whole hangs together very well. I find that it is very good for meditation, relaxation and healing. It soothing, comforting, nurturing and uses sound in fascinating ways. While the samples on the product page will give you a feel for the sound, you can't fully appreciate the rich range of frequencies, harmonics and overall impact unless you hear it through a good stereo or set of headphones. If you like this CD, you may also really enjoy Chakra Chants.

I did some research on this CD prior to purchase and I don't think their words conveyed the amazing qualities of this CD. I can honestly feel which chakra the different songs are targeting. I am a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and I have begun using this CD during my sessions and my clients are responding beautifully. Thank you, Jonathan Goldman, for producing such a masterpiece. I intend to investigate more of his work.

I highly recommend this CD.

2006 Visionary Award Finalist--album from 2005--total time 78 minutes (1hour 18 minutes) 16-page booklet is included, which explains that each selection (track) "represents a different aspect of the transformational and therapeutic sound spectrum." Jonathan is an award winning recording artist and known as a pioneer in sound healing. He has many fine CDs available and you will find that I have written reviews on several of them. They are different than what most people call "music". They are what I call "vibrational music" They are sound healing therapy music and are especially useful with alternate healing modalities, such as reiki, acupuncture, meditation, yoga and such. They can even be useful in just helping you get a better night's sleep. For some people, that in itself is a major accomplishment, especially in today's high-stress environment.

So, as you can see, this CD provides an opportunity for you to experience a selection from each of 13 of Jonathan's other CDs. Quite an opportunity to check his work out if you are new to it. If you are into the spiritual and alternative healing therapies, I believe you will find Jonathan's works quite unique and quite exceptional. His recordings seem to energize right down to the cellular level.

A note to my energy/spiritual friends--Not long ago, I was having my Toyota serviced and you know how people are just put into your path. We got to talking and I let her hear a wee bit of one of Jonathan's cds with my ipod. She was not really into this stuff but immediately loved it and wanted to know all about his music and what it was called and where to get it.

So, if you want to check further, check out my reviews (and those from other reviewers if you must :-) on each album title. If you are even a little interested and believe in God, please do not leave this site without at least reading my review on the album "Holy Harmony" by Jonathan Goldman.

Jonathan Goldman is a master at composing spiritual healing music. His music is entrancing; it draws you in like a magnet and gives you a nearly instant feeling of inner warmth, peace and relaxation. His music is beautiful, perfect for meditation, sleep or relaxation.

I listened to this 3-4 times before I ever heard the end of the CD because I fell sound asleep! I had to make a point of and decision to stay awake to hear it (which I did and finally heard the whole thing and loved it). I have had trouble getting to sleep pretty much all my life so this is pretty amazing. It's just soothing and quite literally 'feels' good. One selection i didn't like as well as the rest, almost slightly irritating, but after listening to the whole thing a few times, I love it all. It seemed as if the one that i hadn't liked so well was just healing.

I actually recommend listening to the samples of the various Jonathan Goldman CDs and pick the one that fits you best. They do indeed feel healing and everyone has different healing needs. This one fit my needs. I love it! So much so, I just ordered a couple more yesterday.

This CD is amazing. Jonathan Goldman make a very good selection of tunes that you feel while you listen making you relax. Is like an energetic shower of tunes.
Don't try this while you are driving, believe me, it will relax you very deep.
Perfect for having a renovation and relaxing special moment with aromatic candles and bubbles in your tub or before going to sleep.

Absolutely wonderful work by Goldman. What I purchased as a meditative/relaxation piece turned out to be (for me) one which cranked up the flow of energy through the chakra system. I do see how you could fall asleep while listening as well. I was just too swept away with the effects on 1st listen and didn't WANT to fall asleep. It was an awesome experience noting which chakras reacted to the ebbs and flows, highs and lows, notes, tones, vocals of this work, not to mention the color changes behind my eyes while the sounds and vibrations flowed into and through me. Can't wait to receive feedback from my clients as well. I hope their experience is even 1/10 as rich as mine!

I am quite pleased with this cd. I own a large collection of "New Age" music-ambient, meditations, trance, etc. I am a massage therapist and Reiki Master, so I use this kind of music when working as well as for myself.

This particular cd is definitely up there on my list of favorites. It is relaxing to listen to even when working!

There is something about most of the tracks that bring me to a very serene and open place-it feels very spiritual and I feel like the music gets inside of me. The only word I can think of is haunting without any of the negative connotations usually associated with that word. Now I need to find more from this artist! Thank you, thank you!

I love this cd, it is so relaxing and a great addition to my meditation music. I highly recommend it.
