In addition to what the other reviewer has already written, it must be said that this EXCELLENT book gives you tips on placement of transformers, why things should be done that way, etc. It is shocking, and a pity that not all vacuum tube amps are produced with the advice written here applied in their design. If you are into high fidelity vacuum tube audio, and are thinking of building a kit, get this book. It will help you.
