We import round, smooth and generously sized pieces that deliver nice slivers for your dishes. Use to concoct delicious sauces, sliver over pasta or meat dishes, expertly garnish your plates.Instructions for use and storage: Don't cook for long periods of time or excessive heat. Store in the refrigerator wrapped in moist paper towel.Availability Details: Fresh truffles are delivered to us weekly from Italy, and ship out to customers once a week. You must place all orders by Sunday for expected delivery by the following Thursday (earlier is available).All orders are subject to market availability.
