I bought this CD to obtain Leo Delibes' "Flower Duet," which must rank as one of the most charming pieces from the 19th century. To my great pleasure, I found music of equal delight- Offensbach's "Barcarolle," Vivaldi's "Laudamus te," among others. The two singers, Jahna (Soprano) and Christine Katzenaier (Mezzo Sorpano) are wonderful. They are first class perfomers. All lovers of opera as well as those who enjoy music of the sublime will enjoy this CD.
