This is a wonderful cookbook and I highly recommend it to anyone who has sensitivities to various food allergens. I do not tolerate gluten (Celiac disease) and have to also be careful with dairy (cow's milk). There is a great variety of recipes as well as suggestions for making your own gluten-free mixes. I should also tell you that the author markets her own line of gluten-free baking mixes and they are WONDERFUL! They are a little pricey but compare favorably with similar, gluten-free products. This cookbook should be a staple in any gluten-free (or other allergen) library, in my opinion.
Wow, great pictures of the products and easy to follow instructions. Everything I tried was great. Cooking gluten free can be a challange and we get stuck making the same things over and over... and this opened our eyes to whole new possibilities! Thank you!!!!
This book has the most scrumptious recipes. There is something for everyone in this book - from kid friendly recipes to discriminating gourmets. The pictures are absolutely beautiful - makes your mouth water! Even people who are not Gluten Free would enjoy this book. I especially like the seasonal menu selections at the end of the book - a must have in any "foodies" library.
