Did you know there are cold water and warm water fish? Well, I didn't , but this book goes on to explain which fish you will find where. The authors tell a little about each type of fish presented in the book as to where you will find certain fish
and lots of nice recipes. Do you know which fish are included as panfish? This book will tell you. O! and do you know how to test fish so that they are moist but done? You'll find out in this book. How does a Cajun Walleye Salad sound? |
