Provides enthusiast and professional carpenters with a solution to the high cost and limited availability of French Doors in custom sizes and special wood species.These perfectly matched bits are designed to produce 1-3/4 inch thick exterior or 1-3/8 inch thick interior doors. The unique design allows woodworkers to produce tenons of any length for extra-strong joints. Bits feature Freud's Tico Hi-Density Carbide with Titanium for long life and Perma-Shield coating to resist heat and resin build up.Set produces a Cove and Bead Profile and has 1/2 inch shank bits. Use with table mounted routers. For best results make two or more passes. Combines Freud's 98-309 Door Bit Set with 98-329 2 Piece Door Grill Cove and Bead bits. Set also incudes a free poster to guide you through the project.
