This entry and interior door bit system lets you build doors with true mortise and tenon construction for rock-solid joints that will last a lifetime. This matched rail and stile set comes fully assembled to mill perfectly 1-3/4-inch exterior doors; or, if you simply remove the spacers from each bit, you can mill 1-3/8-inch interior doors. Milling a tenon of virtually any length is easy.

Use these bits to build entry and interior doors with true mortise and tenon construction for rock-solid joints. These bits cut all composition materials, hardwoods, and softwoods; and they're designed for use on table-mounted portable routers.

I recently bought this set to make 28 custom doors. They worked perfectly and allow for a true mortise and tenon. It's a really good design and they have more than one profile. Still razor sharp too.

The video is very helpful. It is short and to the point. There is mention of making door jams that are not actually on video. I also was not able to find them on Freud website. Everything else is well described on paper and on video. I would have like to see a setup for making deep mortises on router rather than just with mortizing machine that I do not have.
