I bought this Diablo metal cutting blade in order to cut 1/8" MILD steel plate, and for the first few inches it worked absolutely wonderfully. Unfortunately, even though I had followed the Diablo instructions to the letter, the blade very quickly became dull and the teeth hopelessly chipped at about the 20 inch mark. Freud Diablo replaced it with another blade. It too quickly did the exact same thing, so I'm now out almost fourty bucks, and back to using abrasive fiber blades.
