This is my second dashboard bean bag. Put it in place and it absolutly stays there. I think that the only thing that would make it slide is a head on crash at 70 mph! The only problem I had with a mounted item was when the suction cup lost vacuum in very high temperatures. The vacuum loss was not caused by the bean bag mount. One very handy device and highly reccomended for any small electonic one wants to mount as a temporary mount. Theft prevention is as simple as picking up the whole works and setting it on the floor of your vehicle.

The holder is a poorly built device, actually dropped my gps, which was scary! The device has holders or grips to hold the gps in place but the bottom holders are loose and keep moving so they are not doing their job. I might end up buying a different gps holder after all.

I have a new car and worry about people braking in, so I purchased this dash mount for my new GPS. I love it! It is very stable and does not move around on the dash (those were my concerns.)It was easy to put together and get my GPS into. I put it on the back floor when I'm not using it. Easy to access and easy to use. Again, I love this product!

Very poor design, the back bracket cannot hold the GPS, it keeps falling off from the bracket when I assemble it. I ahve to return the product. Since this is a bean bag, it costs me almosgt $8 in postage. I do not recommend this product.

I thought this product would work well with my phone, but it doesn't. First off, it's too large for my dash. Second off, it wont stay unless I use the sticker backing on it. Third, the holder couldn't hold my phone.

You might want to pay a little more for a better product.
