I didn't buy this axe as a Friday the 13th costume prop, I bought it as a Paul Bunyan costume prop for a class play. I chose it over some others on other sites because this one did not have the appearance of blood on it as did the other ones. Turned out, when it arrived, it had the painted blood on it too. We had to paint it so he could take it to school. Please post a photo that clearly demonstrates the look of the product so folks are not mislead as I was. Thanks!
