This is Jason from "Friday the 13th".
Even though some customers may think this action figure is a bit pricey, trust me it will increase in value over the years. I bought a Michael Myers (from the film "Halloween") action figure that was this size a few years back. The figure is now selling for an average of one hundred bucks as it is out of print. I bought it for $20.00.
Once these figures go out of print, their value sky rockets. So, look at this as an investment. If you do buy it as an investment, make sure to keep it mint in the original box. Or do as I do. I have no plans to sell my collection, so I take them out of the box to display. Either way, this is a must for Jason and horror film fans.

If you have bought the 18inch Mcfarlane Movie maniacs. You will be happy with this 18 inch Jason Vorhees from NECA. Iv never been the greatest fan of the Firday the 13th films. But Part 7 was my favorite from the series. The artist have captured Jason from this film in very detail. Great Job!

Well worth the money! This character figure is not for children.

I saw this by chance in a store yesterday and I just HAD to have it like RIGHT AWAY!!! How can you say no to this massive, incredibly sturdy and detailed action figure? Simultaneously imposing and poseable this will truly be the centrepiece of ANY living room. Most people have puppy figurines or ornaments of Victorian women and stuff. But anyone even remotely cool would by this and display it proudly. I mean it's absolutely huge!

It's Jason from F-13 Part VII (undoubtedly at his coolest) and he comes with 3 different weapons (a machete, an axe and an actually rather sharp fishing spear), the hockey mask comes off to reveal Jason less-than-handsome face and there's also a motion sensitive sound effect of 'Ch ch ch ah ah ah' whenever anyone comes near it.

This monster's well worth the money!

I ordered Jason off the internet and I was so excited when I heard it was coming. I enjoy the cool style of Jason from Friday the 13th part 7. I love the weapons he comes with. I laugh every time I activate the sound that comes from the movie. My favorite is the removable mask because he is so ugly under the mask.

The best part of Jason from the series was the mask. I also was excited to see how tall he was. He's huge man. My room is full so I didn't know where to put him. So get one of these Jason's for yourself today.

I don't think this toy has any educational value but it is a fun toy. It has a bunch of different weapons even though Jason't real weapon is his machete. A great buy and praise for Jason Voorhees.

This is really a small gripe but the toy depicts Jason wearing yellow gloves, just as he had in Jason Lives.
In The New Blood he wasn't wearing gloves. They had rotted off. This Jason is supposed to have rotted dark hands with exposed bones. They got it right on the 10 inch doll, but thats over 200 bucks.

i think it is a great toy also its a good collectible and amazon realeses it early so thats onother good thing if you buy the 18 inch jason voorhees you midus well buy michael myers,freddy kruger,then.

There are a lot of 18" monsters out there, but NECA over does it with the best looking 18" replica of a movie slasher in years! Ofcourse 5 ***** stars all the way for this one!

One word...WOW! I am blown away by this toy. NECA really outdid themselves. The amount of detail is mindblowing. You can even see the red around his eye. It comes with a removable Hockey mask that looks great nad his face is amazing. The way that it resembles its movie counterpart is eerie, it even has the broken chain from part VI around it's neck. The weapons have great detail and it's sound, which is of great quality, is the ever famous "ki ki ki ma ma ma" It starts fast but slows down and when it stops it is motion activated. There is mud on the boots and the Machete is all bloody, and you can even see the kneecap which I figured they'd surely miss, but no, I ate my own words. As in the movie in which this figure is based on (which is Friday The 13th Part VII:The New Blood) the spine and ribs are visible and the outfit is ripped. This figure really is the best Jason Voorhees figure around,you'd be hard-pressed to find a better one, and the price is a bargain. Buy one before they are all gone becasue it is a great collectors item and is jaw-dropping.
