Product Description

Cherimoyas are native to the mountains of Ecuador and Peru. It is considered the treasure of the tropics, and Mark Twain even referred to it as "deliciousness itself!" Early Americans discovered the fruit and introduced it to Europe. Now it is grown in most tropical areas around the world and in Southern California. Its delicate sweet creamy flavor is an excellent addition to a fruit salad or blended into smoothies and yogurt. Cherimoyas have a wonderful sweet, custard-like flavor when ripe -- a combination of papaya, banana, and pineapple. Peel, remove seeds, and slice to serve. Add to fruit salads or to blender drinks.

I love Cherimoyas. The flavor, the taste, what's not to like. These ones were not the best, though. They never got sweet and flavorful the way Cherimoyas do. Even after turning brown on the outside.

They were exceptionally well packaged, but a waste of money
