The size of this elegant little sugar bowl is just right. Unlike an earlier reviewer, I found the spoon to be quite adequate and very nicely shaped... but then, i don't use 3 teaspoons of sugar either. I like the mirror finish with the brushed finish inside and the slot for the spoon so that the lid fits perfectly. I'm now eagerly awaiting the companion cream pitcher.

I really do love this sguar bowl. It's very nice to look at--much better than one of those squat, ceramic bowls that are hand-painted with pictures of frolicking kittens (or whatever). The little spoon has a gently curving handle that allows it to rest just so in a side notch, and it holds about 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, the perfect size for a cup of tea (according to my husband).

I had been looking for quite a while in several stores in several states for a stainless steel sugar bowl to go along with my stainless steel butter dish. Found this one online and decided to order it. I am very pleased with how it matches quite well with my butter dish even though they are different brands. I also ordered the stainless steel creamer from Frieling as well. Both are very functional and stylish. Great to use every day or for special occasions. I would recommend them to anyone.

I ended up sending the sugar bowl back. From the picture, I thought the base would be porcelain and the spoon and top would be stainless steel. Turns out the entire set is stainless steel.

The size of the bowl and the spoon were SO ideal. I hated to return it, but the tell-tale signs of finger smears would have driven me crazy.

I don't usually buy kitchenware, but really wanted a nice sugar bowl for my office. I searched Amazon.com for the highest-rated bowl and spoon set, and this one came up number one.
From all the stellar reviews, I really wanted to get it, but the price detracted me--for a while. No one seemed to complain about the price, let alone mention it, when I looked at others' reviews, so I thought this bowl and spoon was all that and a bag of chips.

The picture doesn't really do it justice as the outside has a very polished chrome look, meaning you'll get fingerprints galore all over it, but it does look quite nice on my desk set alongside my teas and mugs. The inside is coated with what seems to be a scratch-free brushed texture, which also means that little sugar particles won't get stuck between corners, something I internally griped about with my previous bowl.
The spoon is excellent and gets the perfect amount of sugar. The bowl even has a little nick on it so that the spoon can stay inside with the lid on top.

As mentioned before, I can't imagine why the price is over $20. I purchased this used at just under the $20 mark, and still think it's a little pricey. Again, I'm no kitchenware aficionado, but over $15--which is still stretching it--is too much.

It's a great bowl and spoon set, and if you have $20+ to splurge, I recommend it.

I recently purchased this sugar bowl and I like it. It looks good and it seems like a durable product. The spoon is the perfect size for making a mug of coffee.

The entire unit is shiny stainless steel. In one of the photos it looks more white than stainless steel, but it's stainless steel.

This sugar bowl is perfect. It was smaller in size than I expected, but it holds lots of sugar, so it is perfect. Love the shiny finish and the little spoon is just right.

This little sugar bowl looks great on my countertop and the quality is superb. Before I ordered I thought it a was on the pricey side, but now no regrets here. I may order the matching creamer. One caution though: this is a very shiny stainless. The photo doesn't really look like it. So if you're looking for matte, this isn't for you.
