This is basically a re-issue of the previous Alien Sex Fiend best-of, packaged in a simulated-leather digipak with silver printing. Mine also came with a sticker.
Alien Sex Fiend is the first band to really mix punk band structure with synth and electronic rhythm, and to combine it with the style and image of so-called "death rock" culture, years before Marilyn Manson or Mindless Self Indulgence. Alien Sex Fiend's work is a bit lo-fi, complex and anarchic, which can be off-putting to some listeners, but their work is well worth a listen for fans of industrial rock. And, this album is called FIEND CLUB, for the record, not FRIEND CLUB as Amazon has indicated.

ASF has to be one of the greatest goth bands ever....EVER!!! Total punk/goth/rockabilly fused with electronic beats and over the top shock-rock antics. Fun, awesome....WICKED!!! This greatest hits edition offers a cool little poster and a bumper sticker. My only complaint is that ASF's best (IMO) song (She's A Killer) is not on this album.
