Well done, informative video,
By Meat (Newport Beach, CA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Friend to Friend: A Video About Freemasonry (VHS Tape)
While - today - the video appears somewhat dated, it is an excellent introduction to the uninitiated as to what Freemasonry is, and what the modern Fraternity is about.Unlike others who (obviously) have an axe to grind and (obviously) didn't view the video, I have actually watched the piece. There are other videos and DVDs that go in-depth into Masonry. Some link the Masons to some pretty silly conspiracies. Others delve into the real (or imagined) history of the Fraternity. None of them, in my opinion, hit the mark that this video does: an introduction to the Fraternity. It's not a long video (about 16 minutes), and it was originally given to a prospective candidate with the "Friend to Friend" brochure. It's certainly worth a look.

More lies from the liars themselves!,

This review is from: Friend to Friend: A Video About Freemasonry (VHS Tape)
The majority of the men on the cover of this propaganda-puff piece were never Masons, including George Washington (see my other Amazon Reviews...), Ben Franklin and Mac- Arthur. In the other lying book, "Ten Thousand Famous Masons", an ex-Mason wrote, "About 9,500-9,600 of the [supposed] 'Ten Thousand "Famous" Masons were never members of the Masonic Lodge! The Masons crave good P.R. for their cult and a Masonic Painter in 1914 painted a portrait of George Washington on the wall of a Masonic Temple in Alexandria, VA, near where I used to live. This is NOT proof that the very strong Christian George Washington was ever a Mason. So I guess it is demanded of us that we believe this rubbish. Sorry, I'm not buying! Case Closed!
