I love my sand table. Can't find sand in Hawaii, that is legal, but love it just the same. It does well outside, and we have some serious rain. I use it with colored rice, play dough, goo, bubble mix, Big Ice Cubes, and water, water, water. It is the perfect height, it gets use from my neighbors, who are up to 8 yrs old, and it holds toys in the iterim. A great addition to your outdoor sets....Plus it is so useful in having textural actvities.....Can't get a much better price... at least here...

My 2 year old daughter loves this table. It is a nice size, good for 2 children. It doesn't require very much sand and is low maintance. I like the slip on cover. I cover it every night so we don't have any cat/animal issues. I would highly recommend this product.

Please read all reviews very carefully as most of them pertain to the "Easy Store Sand and Water Table" (which is 2 pieces). The Kingdom Table is great as it is one table with 2 areas of fun. This table provides hours of fun for the young children (and older ones as well - even me!) The plastic cover is great as it covers the entire table where the hard covers just "sit" on the box leaving room for bugs to sneak in! This is a must for those who love the beach, sand and water but not all the hassles that come with it!

We have a sandbox so we have this filled with water on both sides. I looked at the Little Tikes table but it was way way too big. This one is just right. My 2.5 year old daughter loves to play with it, as do her playgroup buddies. The only thing that would be better is if it had a hard plastic cover like the Little Tikes sandboxes do.

My 2 year old loves this table. It's a great size, easy to assemble, easy to clean. Be careful with the flag inserts on the corners. One time she bent down to pick up a toy next to the table and one of the flags almost poked her eye. We were lucky it just poked the side of her eye. We still use the table, just without the flags.

This table is the perfect size - not too big or too small. My toddler loves to play with it. It's easy to move around or store. My only criticism is the drain hole for the water is in the middle - it would have been better placed in the corner so when you tip the table all the water is easily poured out. I also realize after buying this toy that my son can play with sand without getting all dirty like he would in a sandbox you sit in. You get the same benefits without having to clean them up! Update: My son still plays with this table after 2 years!

Read these reviews carefully. Some are talking about the Friendly Toys Kingdom sand and water table; others refer to a two-piece Little Tykes sand and water table that is not as well-designed.

Regarding covers: I prefer the soft cover on the Friendly Toys Sand and Water table to the hard cover on Little Tykes sand products. The elasticized cover keeps bugs out better than the hard cover.

This table is great!!! Smaller than the little tikes(too big!!)but not too small. Love that it has the cover so we can keep it outside. Great for sensory activities, water, play-doh, coffee beans, whatever. If you don't have a lot of space(SoCal yards are small) this is it !!!

My one year old loves this table. We haven't put any sand in it yet (for fear it will be eaten), but we have both side full of water. He actually cries to go outside to play with the table, and points at it through the window. I was disappointed by the cover, I was expecting something more durable. I think a hard plastic cover would keep bugs and rainwater out better. But, I am still elated with this table, as is Baby Michael.

After a very disappointing experience with the Little Tikes Sand and Water Table, I purchased this one for my daughter. Wow! What a difference! The table was SO easy to assemble! I LOVE the cover -- it has elastic for a snug fit. We had a pretty heavy rain storm yesterday; the cover didn't blow off, and the sand stayed very dry. We look forward to many days of sandy, splashy fun with this table!
