Another reviewer compared this album to Strictly Leakage, but I thought that Blood Makes the Blade Holy compares better with Leak At Will in feel. I still can't say if any of these songs are among Amosphere's best (it takes time for me to tell) but it's a par album for the group, which is to say that it's head and shoulders above 95% of the hip-hop out there.

Strictly Leakage was my all time favorite... until this came out. Its got great beats and excellent rhymes, if you liked the newer Eyedea & Abilities, you will most likely love this. Its got the great flows and dark synth beats without the gritty punk feel of E&A's.

Atmosphere is great on this double ep. They continue to evolve and change as they have so far. They continue to be slower more calm songs. Slug does a great job with his poetic style and wisdom-full story telling songs that he does like no one else. Ant is insane at what he does. He continues to make industry-best beats and manages to make the cd sound fresh and different than past entries. It almost sounds unfamiliar at first but you will get hooked. A lot of the songs have a same feel to them but there is large variety of songs and instruments. While some songs i just cant get in to like scalp, the others are simply amazing. Cant wait for the next full release.
