It seems the inexpensive Gooseberry Patch cookbooklets have an active index at the back of the book. You will have to go to location 264 to find the click able index. It would have been helpful to have an active Table of Contents (TOC) at the beginning of the book rather than an active index at the end.
Once you find the click able index, you will see about 25 recipes for brownies and bar cookies. Some of the recipes included in the cookbooklet include:
Spicy Hot Brownies
Peppermint Bark Brownies
Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars
Irish Cream Bars
Favorite Zucchini Brownies
Gingerbread Brownies
Candy Bar Brownies
Cranberry Popcorn Bars
Easy Butterscotch Bars
All the recipes look yummy and easy to make.

I love Gooseberry Patch, so when they give out these freebie short books, I'm always quick to snap them up. One thing I like about this book, is the variety of 'bar' recipes which are included. I can't eat a lot of chocolate, so the inclusion of the apple brownies, gingerbread brownies, and gumdrop bars mean I get to make tons of yummy cookies too. This is a nice addition to your Goosebery Patch collection.

I found a few new ideas from this book, and may try a few. Basic recipe's and a few used a cake mix as base ingredient. May try those and will keep as a good reference book in my Kindle.
