This book was a surprise. I have not previously read anything by this author, but the cover art and topic drew me in. I was not disappointed. A very heart-centered book that covered more than I anticipated in ways that I did not expect. I would highly recommend it to any adult looking to improve their perceptions and expectations of self and relationships. The book does not delve deep on any one aspect of relationships but touches on a wide array of topics within that framework to be a wonderful jumping off point for further study and reflection. It even gave me food for thought with respect to how I can talk about the subject with my teenagers. I'm looking forward to reading more from the author.
