This item looks like it would work great... that is, if it had been installed prior to the installation of our very solid granite countertops. Since I suspect a lot of people might want to install these after their counter has already been installed, I fault the seller for not clarifying that this is not possible. Hence the three stars for a product that would probably work great otherwise.

I was very unhappy with this product. The packaging was not opened, however the pieces inside were both meant for the left side mount. There should of been a left side mount and a right side mount. Therefore this was a waste of money.
I'm going to try and return the product but I don't feel that it is fair that I have to pay for the shipping back.
