I bought this product in February brand new. I have had to have it repaired TWICE since then. Once for a door switch problem, and now, today, I have to call because the spin cycle isn't working. This is UNACCEPTABLE in a brand new product. I have 4 children and need a washer to do it's job and wash the clothes. It constantly grows mildew, even when I leave the door open between washes and use the stupid expensive soap it requires. Don't buy!
