You may be Sorry, February 9, 2006
This review is from: Frigidaire FD38LPDC 38-Inch Free Standing Stainless Steel Propane Grill (Lawn & Patio)
After 2 years the burners are having to be replaced....they have caroded and the grill is no longer safe. Frigidaire "electrolux" customer service is awful someone in India just apologizes, but doesn't want to do anything to help. Think Twice before you spend this kind of money.

Frigidaire FD38LPDC Outdoor Grill, March 5, 2005
This review is from: Frigidaire FD38LPDC 38-Inch Free Standing Stainless Steel Propane Grill (Lawn & Patio)
Quality ! Quality ! Quality ! Purchased the grill in 3/05 and assembly was easy. The grill was up and running in about 2 hours. This grill does a great job in cooking foods evenly with no flare ups. A very nice burner design for distributing heat evenly. I've yet to used the rotisserie and infared burner at this time.
All handles, knobs and lid were solid with a nice touch and feel. Produced with a high quality 304 Stainless steel, It's definitely built to last and is supported with a great warranty. I've compared many grills at local Big Box mass merchants and I would have to say this grill is a much better value than anything I've seen at those stores.
Sure Heat is the company who manufactures this grill for Frigidaire and they produce the brands of Tuscany and Altima (Top quality grills). Review Sure Heat and you'll see the same quality and construction between these grills.......If this grill is one of your final selections, then I would strongly consider it. The price is hard to beat..........Enjoy..............

STAY away!, May 20, 2011
This review is from: Frigidaire FD38LPDC 38-Inch Free Standing Stainless Steel Propane Grill (Lawn & Patio)
I realize they no longer sell this grill, but it really soured my feelings toward anything Frigidaire or Electrolux. We have only had the grill two years and the burners have rusted out and need replacing. Unfortunately the replacements are $160 or more. Really disappointed in the "years of trouble free service" they claim.

Nice look, cooks great, but does not last longer than a year, July 6, 2011
This review is from: Frigidaire FD38LPDC 38-Inch Free Standing Stainless Steel Propane Grill (Lawn & Patio)
I bought my first grill and it only lasted 9 months before the entire inside of the grill was corroded (I thought it was Stianless). It was not safe to operate. After several months of painful conversations with Frigidaire Customer service, a replacement grill (the same one) was given to me. This grill lasted 12 months before I had the same issues. Outer shell of grill lasts but the inner shell of the grill corroded out.
This grill looks great. It cooks great when it was new. But it sucks when it comes to long term dependability.

Unbelievable Grill for the Price, July 19, 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: Frigidaire FD38LPDC 38-Inch Free Standing Stainless Steel Propane Grill (Lawn & Patio)
Got the Frigidaire Grill because I already own Frigidaire appliances and the unit looked like a good value. It is the BEST grill for the price in the market..bar none. Try it and I'll bet you agree.
